Created the promotional materials for the 2024 Music Hall Concert (December) of the Faculty of Music at Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts.
The project, planned by Professor Okada, was themed around the concept that “ten years after Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014, by contrast, we look back a century to Western society’s emergence of new musical currents, selecting works that trace these shifts and juxtaposing them with post-20th-century music.”
The concert was titled Pulsation from the Periphery based on this concept.
Design Concept:
- Although the word “pulsation” evokes the feeling of life, it also conveys the image of quietly, yet powerfully, beating in anticipation of an impending surge of vitality.
Based on this, a symbolic graphic was incorporated to represent both “periphery” and “pulsation.” - To suggest the tracing of violin and piano history through the concert, a suitable sense of gravitas was considered essential.
A low-saturation, well-worn photograph of musical instruments was selected, and the overall tone—including the portraits of the performers—was carefully adjusted to convey a sense of depth and seriousness.

沖縄県立芸術大学音楽学部の令和6年度奏楽堂演奏会（12月）の広報物を制作。
岡田教授による企画で、「2014年のロシアによるクリミア編入から10年後であることから、ひるがえって、1世紀前の西欧社会における新たな音楽とその潮流からいくつかの作品をピックアップしながら、20世紀以降の音楽を対置させる」というコンセプトで「周縁からの脈動」というタイトルとなった。
デザインコンセプトは以下の通り。
- タイトルの「脈動」は、生命を感じさせる単語であるものの、来たるべき躍動の時を待って、静かに、しかし力強く脈打つイメージ。このことから「周縁」と「脈動」を象徴する図形を配した。
- コンサートでヴァイオリンとピアノの歴史をなぞることを示唆するには、相応の重厚さが必要と考え、彩度が低く、使い込まれた楽器の写真を採用。それに合わせて出演者の写真を含めた全体のテイストも重厚さを感じられるトーンにした。
