Created the website for the “Zekū Culinary Institute,” a research organization founded by shōjin ryōri (Buddhist vegan cuisine) chef Toshio Tanahashi, dedicated to exploring the nature of human life and the world itself through food.
The term “Zekū” is a coined word by Tanahashi, inspired by the Buddhist phrase “Shiki Soku Ze Kū” (“Form is emptiness”), conveying the spirit of gratefully receiving the food before us.
While the basic design is based on a premium Jimdo template, special care was taken in the selection of photographs and the use of negative space to evoke a sense of “Zen” throughout the structure.

精進料理家・棚橋 俊夫氏が主宰する、「食」から人間の生や世界そのものの在り方を追求する研究機関「是食キュリナリーインスティテュート」のWebサイトを制作。
「是食」とは棚橋氏による造語で、仏教用語の「色即是空」から、「ただただ有り難く眼の前の食をいただく」という思いが込められている。
基本デザインはJimdoの有料テンプレートが下敷きになっているが、写真のチョイスや間の取り方など、「禅」の心が感じられるような構成となるよう腐心した。
